6. Contact-form email delivery

When you submit the website contact form, CUR-DEV sends the enquiry to its central mailbox and sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. These messages are delivered through MailerSend. The information included in the form, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, selected topic and message, is transmitted to MailerSend solely for email delivery and related security and delivery logging.

7. International processing

Some service providers or project partners may process information outside Curaçao. When this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers, limit the information shared and apply contractual, technical or organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk and applicable law.

The website currently loads the Manrope font from Google Fonts, which means the visitor’s browser may connect to Google infrastructure and transmit technical connection information such as an IP address.
