Solution ownership
CUR-DEV usually acts as the overall solution owner and lead solution architect.
CUR-DEV was founded to work on meaningful technical challenges and help organizations use technology to move forward.
CUR-DEV means Curaçao Development. Maurice Wallé founded the company on June 20, 2016, inspired by a desire to work on interesting technical projects, listen closely to business leaders and create practical, budget-conscious solutions.
Maurice was born and raised in Curaçao, studied Computer Science and Media and Knowledge Engineering in the Netherlands, and later completed an MBA in Curaçao. His work brings together business analysis, solution architecture, software, quality engineering, automation, AI and operational thinking.
Trust is built by keeping promises, staying available, protecting the client’s budget, taking ownership and communicating clearly—especially when something is difficult.
Maurice leads CUR-DEV as Founder and Lead Consultant. His father, Emil Wallé, supports the company as Chief Strategy Officer.
Emil has been Maurice’s role model throughout his life. His example shaped three principles that remain central to CUR-DEV: hard work is the foundation, strategy should be thought through before an engagement begins, and obstacles should not be allowed to stand in the way of a meaningful goal.
CUR-DEV brings together the right specialists for each engagement and remains transparent about how the team is assembled.
CUR-DEV usually acts as the overall solution owner and lead solution architect.
Developers, designers, process engineers, infrastructure specialists, vendors and installers are involved as needed.
Weekly updates, written decisions, milestone demos and early risk warnings keep everyone aligned.
